| RATES & CONDITIONS | |

The price for the villa is 95.00 Euro per day not depending on how many guests (max 4 adults + 2 children).
For at least 14 consecutive nights, we apply a discount of 10%.

Prices Prices are stated in Euro and are to be understood as rates per night, i.e. for the house, and not per person. The minimum stay is five nights. Children from 7 years old are to be considered adult. The prices comprise: - bed and bathroom linen (to be changed once a week) - utilities (electricity, water, gas) - daily cleaning of the house (except Sunday) - taxes, VAT. - starter pack (mineral water, fruits) | |

Caution Upon arrival you will be required to make a cautionary deposit of 200 Euro, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay (less any damage caused to the house). | |

Information requests Requests for further information may be made by sending an e-mail or by calling (00248) 710.690. When you receive confirmation that the villa is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking right away by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. | |

Down payment When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a deposit. This down payment may be made by bank transfer. We will send you the details of the account with the confirmation of the booking. When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via email. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival direct to our caretaker at the villa or it can be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival. We can organise for a taxi to pick you up at the airport for approximately 25 Euro to be paid directly to the driver. | |

Cancellations In case of any cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. | |

Arrivals and departures As soon as possible, you should let us know the exact time of your arrival, together with the name of the Airline and the flight number. On the day of departure you will normally be required to leave the house by mid-day. | |

Liabilitys Should you, or any other persons who come to visit you, cause damage to the house or its contents, you will be held responsible for the damage and the costs deriving therefrom will be charged to you at the moment of departure. We decline all responsibility for any harm you may suffer due to events connected with the use of the house, including physical injury and material damage and losses suffered as a result of fire, robbery or any other kind of criminal activity. |
